Prevention Towards Bullying
WHAT IS BULLYING ??
Bullying is when you keep picking on someone because you think you’re cooler, smarter, stronger, or better than them. Bullying can include threats, rumors, physical or verbal attacks, and excluding someone from a group on purpose. 20% of high school students (grades 9‐12)have been bullied on school property at least once in the previous 12 months.

HOW TO STOP BULLYING ??
- The best thing to do might be to calmly walk away from the person.
- By telling someone that you are being bullied.
- If you don’t feel physically threatened, use direct words, and ask the bully to stop.
- Do your best to keep calm and avoid showing them how you feel.
- It is important to keep the bully away from the person they are bullying.
- If you see someone getting bullied in your school, stand up to the bullies.
- Start a group at your school to spread awareness and figure out ways to solve it.
